Inside The Malt Miller Brew School + Win A Brew Day Experience
Welcome to the Brew School at The Malt Miller HQ.
This week on The Malt Miller Home Brew Channel, we are taking you behind the scenes for a full walkthrough of our Brew School setup here at TMMHQ.
We get asked a lot of questions about this space, how it is laid out, what brewing systems we use, how the room is powered, and how we run brew days, filming sessions, experiments and recipe testing. So in this video, we thought it was time to show you properly.
Alongside the Brew School tour, we are also launching something very special: the chance to win a place on a community brew day experience here at The Malt Miller.
Watch the full video, take a look inside the Brew School, and enter the competition using the links below.
In this week’s video, we walk through:
- The layout and design of the Brew School
- Brewing systems and how the workflow is set up
- Power, services and the practical side of the room
- How we run customer brew days and brewing experiences
- Recipe testing and development
- Filming and content brewing
- Experiments and trial brews
- What was currently brewing on the day of filming
The Brew School has become a really important space for us. It gives us somewhere to test recipes, work with ingredients, run brew days, create video content, host customers, and continue learning ourselves.
It is also a space built around community. Whether you are joining us in person for a brew day, watching along on YouTube, or brewing one of the recipes at home, the aim is always the same: to help more people enjoy brewing great beer.
Win A Place On A Community Brew Day
To celebrate the Brew School and bring more of the community into what we do, we are opening up four places for a very special community brew day experience at The Malt Miller.
The event will take place on Saturday 19th September 2026 here at TMMHQ.
The day will include:
- Brewing alongside the TMM team
- Plenty of beer chat and ingredient discovery
- Behind-the-scenes access
- Tasty food throughout the day
- Beers made by the team here for you to enjoy
- Filming and possible live stream participation
- Tastings and brewing discussions
- Community brew-along recipe kits
We will also be running a community-led recipe vote, where you help decide what gets brewed on the day. That vote will take place across our other social media channels, so keep an eye out for more on that.
And if you do not win one of the places to join us in person, you will still be able to get involved from home. We are planning community recipe voting, live stream elements and brew-along recipe kits so more people can be part of the day.
