Alternatively we also offer our malts by the 25kg sack for those brewing more often, and you also choose to have your sack split into 5 x 5kg bags to ensure you can the right fractions in your brew.

Unmalted adjuncts can add body, more starch to convert into sugars during mashing, but will offer very little in flavour additions so allow your malts and hops to shine.
Base malts for home brewing. These malts convert their starch to sugars during the brewing process and add taste & body.
Caramel & crystal malts for home brewing. These malts bring flavour to your beer and add body and colour too. Unlike base malts, specialty cara/crystal malts have little power to convert starch into sugar. Instead their role is to improve your beer's taste, look & feel.
Malts which are enhanced specifically for the optimum level of enzymic activity to ensure a high level of spirit yield per kilogram.
