What is a beer kit?
A beer kit includes easy to follow instructions, it will include malt extract, which is a concentrated malty sugar that you just add water to. Some kits will include hops to add flavour to the brew and they all contain yeast to ferment it into beer.

The choice of what you can brew is really wide in the modern world of home brewing.
