This device enables the use to dry hop in an Oxygen free environment, the gold standard for brewing any highly hopped beer style. Beer is very susceptible to oxygenation, the more hops used the less oxygen required to at the very least, discolour and mute the fresh flavours.

Add up to 180g of hop pellets in one go, use the the PRV to flush with CO2 before opening the butterfly valve. This then allows the hops to drop into the fermenter.

When added to the basic Gen3.2 FermZilla – Tri-Conical along with a SPUNDING VALVE this complete kit is the ultimate option for pressure fermentation, oxygen free dry hop and oxygen free transfer to keg.
