Description

This equipment bundle includes the required equipment to ferment and clear a 6 bottle wine kit. Optionally choose one of the 6 bottle wine kits top right.

Before use  wash the Demi John and use the Chemsan no rinse sanitiser as instructed on the packagingPrimary fermentation takes place in one of the supplied 5 litre Demi Johns using the bung and airlock, When it is time to rack ( transfer ) use the siphon to move the fermented wine to the second Demi John and add the solid stopper for ageing. The siphon can be used again for packaging into bottles or more conveniently a 5 litre bag in the box both available separately.

100ml of Chemsan no rinse sanitiser, makes 66 litres of no rinse sanitiser when diluted.
