Available for pre-order from 1st July, with the first systems expected to ship from late September, the B50 brings together Brewtools’ latest brewing technology in a powerful homebrewing format. With indirect heating, an integrated cooling jacket, included whirlpool setup, FCS Brewing control and Brewtools’ patented CleanCore sanitary 3-way valves, this system is built for brewers who want consistency, flexibility and a more refined brew day.
A New Generation of Brewtools Brewing Systems
The new Brewtools brewing system range has been designed around a clean, integrated approach to brewing. Each system combines heating, pumping, control, cooling and sanitary valve design into one modern brewing platform.
The B50 is the workhorse of the range, making it ideal for home brewers who want more capacity than the B25 while still keeping the system practical and manageable. With batch sizes from 10 to 40 litres and a total volume capacity of 52 litres, it offers serious Brewtools performance in a powerful homebrewing size.
Indirect Heating and Integrated Cooling
The B50 uses indirect heating with a 10 degree conical bottom, helping deliver controlled heat while supporting efficient wort collection and draining. This is paired with an integrated cooling jacket, allowing the system to be cooled without placing a traditional immersion chiller inside the kettle.
This gives a cleaner, more practical brew day and helps keep the internal brewing space clear during chilling.
Powered by FCS Brewing
At the centre of the system is Brewtools’ FCS Brewing control platform, operated through a large 8 inch IPS touchscreen. The display can be positioned on the system or mounted externally, giving you flexibility when setting up your brewing space.
The B50 is also fitted with the Brewtools FCS Brew Pump, giving strong performance for recirculation, transfer and general brewing use.
Patented CleanCore Sanitary 3-Way Valves
The B50 features Brewtools’ patented CleanCore sanitary 3-way valves. These give the system a clean, practical and sanitary flow path, helping make recirculation, whirlpooling, transfer, draining and cleaning more straightforward.
Included Whirlpool Setup
The B50 includes a whirlpool setup as standard. This is designed to help improve wort movement, support fast cooling through the integrated cooling jacket and help maximise yield from the system.
Built for Expansion
The B50 includes 2 side TC ports, giving you additional options for expanding the system. These can be used for future upgrades such as sparge water input, external cooling options, bypasses and other brewing process improvements.
The B50 can also be expanded with a stackable external mash tun, allowing for very high gravity brewing and higher efficiency compared with using the integrated malt pipe alone.

The Brewtools B50 Brewing System is available for pre-order from 1st July. The first systems are expected to ship from late September.
If ordered with other items, your order may be held until the B50 is ready to ship. To receive other items sooner, please place a separate order.

I recently bought a Brewtools B80pro and MiniUni+ tanks from The Malt Miller. These guys where amazing with regards offering pre-sales advice, which made my decision to upgrade so much easier.
