Brewtools patent pending CleanCore™-valve is a result of years of development and testing.

The 3-way valve is designed to solve some of the issues faced by conventional 3-way valves. It has significantly less risk of accumulation of impurities in the valve and the beer/wort/water is only in contact with a single part of the valve that is easy to replace.

The core is made from food grade EPDM. The valve casing is made from food grade, reinforced nylon (PA66+GF). The ball, handle and shaft is made from stainless steel (AISI 304).

The valve is not designed for pressure, only for use in our brewing system with the built-in pump. Max pressure 0.5 bar.

The valve does not need TC gaskets, as they are integrated in the valve core.

Note that if you want to connect two valves, you need a pipe or tee between the two valves.
