This impeller-based stirring system is a magnetic-drive agitator designed for use in both fermentation tanks and brite tanks. Its job is simple: keep your beer moving gently and consistently.

By circulating the liquid, the agitator helps to eliminate temperature differences inside the tank, giving your temperature controller a more accurate reading and improving overall stability during fermentation. In many cases, this gentle movement can also improve the utilisation of hops and other additions, making it especially useful for heavily hopped beers.

FCS Integration

When connected to the Brewtools FCS Display Module, you can adjust the speed directly from the controller, and upcoming advanced fermentation profiles will allow the agitator to run automatically in timed intervals.

Use Without FCS

If you’re not running the FCS system, the agitator can still be used with:

• Adapter

• Power supply 

Operation is simple:

• Start the motor using the button on top of the drive unit

• Cycle through speeds by pressing the button

• Stop the motor by holding it down

Tank Compatibility

With the correct adapters, the agitator can be fitted to most fermentation or brite tanks, provided the impeller doesn’t come into contact with the tank wall. Installation is via a 34 mm TC flange.
