Sparge manifold for simple spreading of sparge water. Can also be used for mashing.
Fits the top of the center pipe and sparge pipe and follows when the malt pipe is lifted.

Although I have given this 5 stars, be aware that the manifold holes can get blocked with grain particles if you use it during mashing. Easy enough to resolve though and a joy to use. Set the pump to about 38% with the bottom lever set between up centre and pump out and there is a nice steady flow over the grain bed during mashing. Sparging from an external hot water tank is an absolute doddle with the manifold.
Maybe Brewtools would consider inserting a small mesh filter.
Overall I believe its much better than the mash hat and would recommend it to all Brewtools brewers.
