Brewing Process & Uniqueness

Obsidian Flow is brewed with a carefully constructed grain bill featuring roasted barley and specialty malts to create depth without harshness. Burnt Mill’s focus on balance ensures sweetness and bitterness remain harmonised, preventing the beer from becoming cloying despite its strength.

Fermentation control and conditioning time allow the flavours to integrate fully, resulting in a smooth, cohesive Imperial Stout that delivers richness with polish rather than aggression.
