Beer Overview

White Ember from Burnt Mill Brewery is a beautifully expressive Hazy IPA, brewed to deliver saturated hop flavour with a soft, pillowy mouthfeel. Packed with modern hop character, it leans into ripe tropical fruit, citrus intensity and gentle stone fruit sweetness, all wrapped in a smooth, haze-driven body.

This is Burnt Mill’s precision applied to a contemporary style—full-flavoured and aromatic, yet balanced and refined. Juicy without being cloying, bold without losing drinkability, White Ember showcases the brewery’s ability to craft hop-forward beers with clarity and structure.

Brewing Process & Uniqueness

White Ember is brewed with a carefully selected blend of modern hops and a haze-friendly malt bill, designed to enhance body and hop expression. Late hop additions and dry hopping maximise aroma saturation while maintaining smooth bitterness and balance.
