Description
Obtained from Italian molasses (a particular type of sugar obtained from beet and sugar cane) Caputo yeast dies completely at 58 °C. Therefore, it is easily digestible unlike chemical yeasts which may collapse due to long fermentation. A high-activity yeast, our dry yeast guarantees high stability with prolonged leavening and is fed only with natural Italian ingredients. Suitable for all types of leavening, including gluten-free preparations, it works slower in the first period and starts to release higher quantities of gas in the sequent phases to guarantee gradual and consistent gas production.
Store in a cool, dry place.
Shelf life: 12 months.
After opening, store in the fridge (0/10C) with the plastic cap secured tightly and use within 2 months
