THE BOIL
Boil time (mins): 60 mins

Additions and timing:

10g Magnum 60 mins
20g Centennial at 10 mins
20g Chinook at 10 mins

Whirlpool
30g Centennial at 80C for 30 mins
30g Chinook at 80C for 30 mins
30g Strata at 80C for 30 mins

Secondary additions and timing:

50g Centennial dry hop for 2 days
50g Chinook dry hop for 2 days
70g Strata dry hop for 2 days

Yeast: Lallemand Verdant Yeast
Fermentation temperature/steps: Mash in at 67C for an hour; ferment at 18C (7 days) with a diac rest at 23C (3 days); hop at 15C and crash for 2 days.
