All went well with the brew (G30) and the end result – a bitter dry beer which is an assault on the taste buds that just keeps making you go back for more but at 6% could be a problem!
I am tasting this young and I believe it will only improve with time.

I found this to be easy to brew. The taste is wonderful, it has a good quantity of Citra hops which accounts for the flavour. I have brewed this one many times and will continue to do so. I recommend this all grain kit.
