This was my second kit that i have made it turned out really well,
I used the yeast that come with the kit andI added Coopers Beer Enhancer 1.
I Fermented in FermZilla at about 15psi temperature about 20 C,
Sorry, no gravity readings I dropped the hydrometer and broke it. Need to get a new one.
Back to the Coopers lager this could quite easily be a five star review but I don’t think I’m experienced enough in testing home-brew yet but working on it.
