Final Gravity: 1.016

THE BOIL
Boil time (mins): 60 mins

Additions and timing:

60 mins – 20g Magnum
20 mins – 425g Pureed Pumpkin (not included)
20 mins – 350g Maltodetrin
5 mins – 20g Pumpkin Pie Spice (not included)

Secondary additions and timing:

Ferment to FG
Cold Crash and add your coffee. Jonny suggests Roasty, Spicy Coffee, so interpret that you see fit to suit the recipe and beer style. These should have 2 days contact.
