DK kindly shared that recipe with us all those years ago and it has grown into a series of beers that highlight and showcase new modern hops.

Strata is a fairly new hop that has lots of hype breweries brewing various different styles of beer with it. Its described at passionfruit meets pot, its sticky, resinous, fruity and just a great all round hop that works on its own or with others. 15g Strata for 90 mins
45g Strata last 15 mins.

Secondary additions and timing:

40g Strata Dry Hop when fermentation ends

Yeast: NBS West Coast
Fermentation temperature/steps: 20c until FG
