Upgrade your fermentation monitoring with this density sensor featuring an integrated temperature probe. Using advanced tuning fork technology, it delivers highly accurate, real-time measurements of both density and temperature directly from your fermenter.
By vibrating the fork and detecting its resonant frequency, the sensor calculates specific gravity with exceptional precision. This gives you reliable fermentation tracking, allowing you to make informed decisions about your brew.
Designed for use with Brewtools F40–F300 fermenters but also fully compatible with other conical fermenters such as BrewBuilt Unitanks, this 200mm Tri-Clamp model integrates seamlessly into your setup. While accuracy may vary in smaller vessels, pressure fermentation can further improve results.
Pair it with the Brewtools FCS system for full data logging and future-proof control. Upcoming software updates will even enable temperature and pressure step management based on density — reducing the need for manual intervention.
