375ML – B.A. HARVEST LAGER – 5.0% – BARREL AGED LAGER

This is our Harvest Lager aged in a used French oak white wine barrel for 4 months and then refermented in pack.

The result is an opening up of the floral aroma and a mellowing of the bready malt character and the more fruity aromas along with the incorporation of a delicate, sweet, cedar like aroma contributed by the wine barrel. And finally, a rounding and refinement of the finishing bitterness.
