500 g dried elderberries conveniently packed into a nitrogen flushed, air-tight sachet.

Elderberries can be used to create traditional elderberry wine, or as an addition to a fruit wine recipe or even in beer recipes calling for its tart and earthy notes.

500 g of dried elderberries is sufficient for approximately 2 gallons of elderberry wine.
