Hey Ian, Sorry for any issues. We have found with these disconnect that if the tubing is not pushed full home, or the ends are not cut completely square they can leak.

Rob’s advice fixed the issues I had, compared with the John Guest ones they need a really firm push home as they sort of bite and then a second shove seats them fully. After that they seem fine.
