Heliosphere from Elusive Brewing is a bold 10.5% Imperial Stout, brewed to celebrate a major milestone—the brewery’s 1000th brew. This is a beer designed to showcase everything Elusive does best: precision, depth of flavour and uncompromising brewing craft.

Built using an incredible 21 different grains, Heliosphere delivers layer upon layer of roasted complexity. Expect rich chocolate, toasted malt and deep coffee character in a full-bodied, indulgent stout that makes no attempt to hold back. No adjuncts, no shortcuts—just a classic, heavy-hitting Imperial Stout brewed to mark a special moment.

Heliosphere is brewed with a unique grain bill featuring 21 different malts, creating exceptional depth and complexity without the use of adjuncts. This approach allows the full spectrum of roasted, toasted and chocolate flavours to develop naturally.

Elusive Brewing is an independent craft brewery based in Finchampstead, Berkshire, founded by celebrated brewer Andy Parker. Elusive’s story is rooted in Andy’s beginnings as a passionate home brewer—experimenting, refining and pushing recipes long before the brewery existed. His dedication paid off when he won the UK National Homebrew Competition, a moment that set the foundation for turning his hobby into one of the UK’s most respected small breweries.
