Festival Premium Ales pays homage to the finest ales Britain has to offer. Using the very highest quality liquid malt extracts, genuine brewer’s yeast strains, and a selection of hop pellets, each kit contains all the ingredients brewers need to replicate their favourite British ales.
Dune Bar Amber Ale
Evoking the windswept dunes of the Great British coast, Dune Bar embodies the rugged allure of seaside brewing, developed in homage to Sharp’s Doom Bar.
See: Amber with a white head.
Aroma: A sweet, biscuity malt backbone interlaced with spicy, resinous hops.
Taste: A medium bodied and malt-forward ale with succulent dried fruit notes and a subtle bitterness in the finish.

- Liquid malt extract pouch – 3 kg
- Brewing sugar (dextrose) – 200 g
- Priming sugar (dextrose) – 100g
- Hop pellets sachet (Northern Brewer, Fuggles, Chinook) – 50 g
- Dried yeast sachet – 10 g

Bitterness: 18-24 IBU (2/5)
Expected Gravity Readings: OG 1.042, FG 1.012

Please note when you come to step 10 of your instructions at the end of fermentation, the Final Gravity (FG) for this style should be 1.012 or below. As a limited-edition kit, this is missing from the standard instructions included
