Festival German Weiss has a deliciously smooth and full-bodied bubble gum flavour, with a delicate and lingering clove-like after taste. It has a wonderful aroma of cloves and bananas.
This premium kit makes 40 pints of Weiss Bier with an approximate strength of 4.8% ABV.

First beer kit I’ve made in about 30 years and I can’t believe how good kits are! Followed the instructions almost exactly – fermented at about 25c though and FG was 1.020. Some sort of beer kit curse apparently, I suspect I didn’t get enough oxygen into the wort. Bottled to coopers plastic bottles just to be safe and after a week (I have no patience) it’s carbing well and tastes great, a bit sweet but a really nice wheat flavour. It’s about 4% and should be 5% but it’s going to be really good. Suggest thrash the wort up a bit and add some yeast nutrient, you’ll be impressed.
