This recipe was shared by Beavertown on the Brewdog “Craft beer for the people” book. I modified the amounts to target the vitals using my 1 Gallon stock pot BIAB process.
Note that the original recipe calls for Calypso hops but they weren’t available so I replaced them with Huell Mellon.
