Pallet delivery will be arranged as soon as possible, delivery time varies according to location but UK customers can usually expect delivery in 2 days from ordering. Back Orders: On rare occasions we will allow some products to be back ordered, this can be because there is a special offer and we don’t want you to miss out on it, or there is a higher demand for certain products.

Please be assured if the product is showing as ‘Available on Back Order’ we will only take back orders when we know that the stock is available from the supplier, or it has already been ordered from the supplier and is in transit to us.

These orders are then fulfilled from ourselves as soon as it arrives in our warehouse which will be week commencing 16th of December.
