This clamp features a heavy-duty muslin spring which ensures your silicone hose never accidentally pops out of your mash tun and spills your prescious nectar over your brewery floor.
It features rounded handles for a comfortable grip and a PE end grip to ensure your hosing is kept secure.
This clamp is made from PP and PE which have good chemical resistance so it will stand up to the task for use around common brewing cleaners and sanitisers such as StellarClean and StellarSan.
These spring clamps have a multitude of potential uses throughout your brewing outside of securing silicone hosing.

Having fiddled about with inadequate clips, with near-catastrophic consequences, I decided to splash out and get the real McCoy. Shame. The articulated faces at the tips (a) aren’t in any way grippy and (b) keep pinging off the clip. If they fall on the floor you have to re-clean/sterilise before refitting (the clip is even more useless _without_ its articulated bits) or, worse still, wait to retrieve it from the sludge at the bottom of the fermenter in a week or two. (It was fetching that bit of plastic out of the fermenter after racking off a brew last night that prompted me to write this review.) Wish I hadn’t bought it. It is, literally, worse than useless. I’m better off with out it. (Seems that zero stars isn’t an option, although it would be a fair score!)

Hey Steven, What a poor show!! So sorry, I think that this is an isolated case of a faulty product as we have sold hundreds of these without issue. I am going to send you a new set;)
