Comments:

Heretic Brewing – Evil Twin

This blood red ale may not be what you might expect from a malty hoppy craft beer. Evil Twi has a rich malt character without being overly sweet. It has a huge hop character without being overly bitter.

From Jamil – This beer relies on extensive flameout and dry hopping additions to achieve its signature hop nose, with only a small bittering addition, it even makes use of a second dry hopping round.

  1. Martin Hudson (verified owner)

One of the best red ales I’ve tasted and right up their with the commercial version. I fermented under pressure and then transferred it oxygen free to my keg. I’ve also bottled a few litres so that friends and family can share such a brilliant beer. The results are excellent, in a nut shell…Bloody gorgeous….Dangerously sessionable. Will be re-ordering very soon and may do a double batch its that good

  2. ROBERT WILTSHIRE (verified owner)

Have to agree with Martin one of the best beers I have made. Fermented under pressure and bottled the whole batch. Two weeks to carbonated two weeks in fridge and now couple of week later it is a fantastic drink. Malty and hoppy and not to bitter, rapidly becoming my favourite. The colour is great also.
