I can honestly say this is aweful. It doesn’t actually taste of lemons, tastes artificial and just wrong. I’m carrying on using real
Lemons as don’t want to spoil what I’m making. This will go into the compost bin

Hey Franco, Dried peel, yes I understand. It has to be used in the right way to get the best out of it. I have used the dried orange peel in a kombucha and that too tasted just wrong. However, used in careful amounts in the boil of a Belgian Wit it is simple delicious. Many of our customers are using the lemon peel to infuse in a neutral spirit for flavouring a beer or making liquors. Or it can be added to the still to make “infusions”;)
