Hop / kettle additions and timing:

5g Citra 10 min

Whirlpool / hop stand:

40g cashmere 80C for 30min
40g mosaic 80C for 30min
40g citra 80C for 30min

Yeast: verdant spa
Fermentation temperature/steps: 7 days at 19C

Secondary additions:

on day 3 of fermentation add 50g mosaic

after fermentation, drop to 14C for dry hop:
60g cashmere
60g mosaic
55g citra
for 3 days

    I tried this recipe with my all steel Klarstein mash tun/brew Kettle and Fermenting vessel. It came out great. Just like the real brew!
