Each of the Mangrove Jacks cider varieties has been formulated with only the freshest and best quality fruit which is then pressed and concentrated using our state of the art evaporators, and then cold filled into a pouch. All this effort ensures they preserve the natural flavour of the fruit, giving you cider which is fresh, crisp and especially good on a hot summer’s day.
Quick and easy to brew, the kit contains unique fruit juice concentrate, full instructions, and yeast in two compartment pouch to brew 23 litres of cider. Full instructions can be found inside the pouch. Simply add the concentrate and brewing sugar to a sanitised fermentation vessel, add water and yeast. Then leave to ferment until FG is achieved, then bottle and condition for 3 weeks.
