With a high molasses content, this sugar is moist and produces an extremely deep, caramelised colour and flavour in brewing.

With its intense flavour it’s perfect for adding to imperial stouts, porters and any beer requiring the addition of molasses. As this product is in the form of sugar crystals its is also far easier to handle than liquid molasses
