A dark sweet yet subtle beer brewed to quench the thirst and satisfy the hunger. OG 1036° to 1040°.
This kit also requires 1kg of brewing sugar, beer enhancer or liquid malt extract when making to reach the desired gravity before fermentation. We recommend using beer enhancer or liquid malt extract for fuller body and better overall finished product.

Having done this as a draught beer I find it lacking in body, It came in at 3.9% abv but is a bit watery.
