Neutral, fast fermenting yeast that is ideal in any product that requires the hops and malt to shine rather than the yeast.
Best used in the temperature range of 17-22c.
Medium to high attenuation and highly flocculant, this can be further enhanced by cooling.
15g suitable for 23 litres.
Vac packed in foil for freshness.
Ideally this yeast needs to be rehydrated in pre boiled tap water at a rate of 1g of yeast per 10ml of water at 30-35c. Sprinkle on top and leave for 15 minutes. After the 15 minutes stir, then leave for a further 5 minutes. Bring the solution down to fermentation temperature in 10c steps by adding cold water then add to wort.
