What am I doing wrong, tried this recipe twice and both times the resulting beer stinks most unpleasant but the taste is lovely and pleasant.

Hi, Sometimes the use of certain yeasts can make beer smell unpleasant when fermenting, the most common is sulphur. Without knowing your yeast choice or what the beer smells like it is tricky to advise further. What is clear is that there is nothing in the grain bill of hop profile that would make the smell unpleasant, quite the country.
