Each On The Rocks kit contains 1.7kg of premium apple concentrate and a carefully developed fruit add back pack which contains real fruit juice to enhance the awesome fruity flavours in every last drop.
Apple: A great tasting Apple Cider with a crisp refreshing taste. This is a fine example of Apple Cider with plenty of character from start to finish. 5.9% ABV.
These kits require 1.3kg of Brewing Sugar & the addition of water.

Very easy to make cider kit. Even after choosing not to add the sugar after kegging I did find it quite sweet, which would make sense if its suggested that it’s poured over ice. Not quite to my taste though.

Hey Karl, If I am reading your method correctly. If you add the required sugar and let it ferment out it makes the final product drier, not sweeter. Doing so may make the kit more to your taste. Would be an interesting experiment. In any case thanks for the review;)
