The On The Rocks range enables you to produce great tasting fruit ciders at home, quickly and easily. Each On The Rocks kit contains 1.7kg of premium apple concentrate and a carefully developed fruit add back pack which contains real fruit juice to enhance the awesome fruity flavours in every last drop.
Mixed Berry: A really lively and refreshing taste with a burst of Mixed Berries to really tingle those taste buds. 5.9% ABV.
These kits require 1.3kg of Brewing Sugar & the addition of water.

I brew all my kits in 19l kegs with blow tie valves. Being that this should make 23litres. It still turned out well balanced in flavour. The berry comes through more than the apple. Which generally is preferred by the fruit style cider drinkers. Would recommend served chilled.
