    This is a great lager. It has a pleasant, subtle taste matched with a lovely mouthfeel. Colour and head are as they should be. It’s a few years since I had a Peroni in Italy and I would say that this doesn’t taste quite as malty – although this may be due to my brewing skills, or memory!
    Will definitely brew this again.

    Amazing lager – I brewed with NovaLager and it was done and ready to drink in 10days (probably OK after 7 but gave it a few more to be sure).

    Great lager. had superb results after my second brew with all-grain. pressured ferment for 7 days, added gelatine and the beer was clear in 7 days. Even the wife enjoys it and can’t tell the difference. will order again

    Just ordered another batch , brewed this peroni red , pressure fermentation for 10 days , then cold crash for 3 days , then left on gas at 18psi for 4 weeks in the fridge . I was absolutely stunned how clear and perfect catbination and white head I had . This is an easy fantastic and easy brew to do
