Description
Looking for a west coast IPA where you can dial in the bitterness levels, a beer that still delivers malt depth, clarity, and is jam packed with citrus and tropical fruit flavours, backed up with that resiny pine punch? Well look no further, we’ve got you covered.
We make use of using Flex Bittering addition (not included, as you might already have it at home or want to brew this time and time again) this means you can get precise levels of bitterness, our recommend using around 2g for just over 40IBU in this batch. This then means we can use all those wonderful flavours locked up in the hops purely whirlpool and dry hopping.
Using Eclipse for citrus mandarin pine notes, then Idaho 7 for the tropical almost pineapple fruit punch, and then final layering of Strata for extra piney resin.
