200g carapils, 200g best pale ale malt steeped for 60m @65d in 8litres of water, hops of your choice, top up to 20 litres, mango madness yeast, add one of these, pressure ferment for 6/7 days 8% abv every time, lovely drop of beer, highly recommended.
