German ale yeast selected for its ability to form a large firm head when fermenting. Suitable to brew ales with low esters and can be used for Belgian type wheat beers characterised by a lingering flavour on the palette.
Can be used in a Kolsch but will take a while to clear.
Temperature range 12-25c ideally 15-20c
Dosage 1 package is suitable for 20-30 litres
Pitching sprinkle onto wort.
