Beer Overview

Enter Strata from Siren Craft Brew is a bold, expressive Hazy IPA built to showcase the layered complexity of the standout Strata hop variety. As the name suggests, this is a beer that evolves with every sip—starting bright and juicy before revealing deeper, more resinous character.

Brewed with Siren’s house Vermont yeast and a soft, oaty malt base, the beer pours with a glowing haze and delivers a smooth, pillowy mouthfeel. Expect waves of tropical fruit, berry sweetness and subtle dankness, all wrapped in a balanced and drinkable IPA.

Flavour Profile

Taste: Juicy melon, strawberry and tropical fruit layered with citrus and resinous hop depth.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied, soft and pillowy with a hazy texture.
Finish: Smooth, juicy and gently dank with balanced bitterness.

Aroma

Aromatic bursts of tropical fruit, berries and citrus lead, followed by a subtle dank, resinous edge that adds depth and complexity.

Brewing Process & Uniqueness

Enter Strata is built around the unique characteristics of Strata hops, known for their layered profile that shifts from bright fruit to deeper, dank notes. Paired with Citra, the hop bill delivers both vibrant citrus and complex fruit character.

A malt base of extra pale malt, oats and wheat creates a soft, hazy body, while Siren’s Vermont yeast strain enhances stone fruit esters and contributes to the beer’s smooth, juicy texture.

The result is a modern hazy IPA that evolves in the glass—fresh and fruity upfront, with a more complex, resinous depth developing as you drink.

Siren Craft Brew was born in 2013 with a simple idea in mind: to introduce exciting, full-flavoured and forward-thinking beers to as many people as possible.

There are now six Sirens of Siren Craft Brew. These Sirens characterise our flagship beers. They’re adventurous but drinkable, designed to be accessible to those lured into craft beer, yet flavourful enough for those seasoned beer fans to return to time and time again.

In addition, we have a prolific brewing schedule, with over 100 releases planned in 2019 alone. We are lucky enough to have been named the ‘Best Brewer in England’ by Ratebeer users in 2015, and added to that with a Supreme Champion Beer of Britain award by CAMRA this year in 2018.
