Following the success of Time Hops in 2022 – we’re bringing it back with a new theme.

Time Hops II around the world – story of the hops, brewers who have become iconic with their use of them, information about how they use the hops to get the most out of flavour i.e. pairing, selection, process steps, other ingredient uses – and what they love about the hops and what they can bring to beers.

Beer can be a fleeting moment of pleasure, and we love it for that. Sometimes the pint goes down before you even get a chance to think about it. Sometimes, though, we allow our minds to wander. The incredible team who bought the beer and served it in the best condition. The dray that got it there. The team that packed the beer, and those before that, who brewed it.

But where did these incredible ingredients come from in the first place? How have we come to be so blessed with a range of hops and malts from around the world? Who decided that this particular aromatic cone from this particular plant in this particular field is called Simcoe… and that we’re going to need a few more fields.

Time Hops is a love letter to everything that has got craft beer to where it is today. We jump to four moments in time (and this year–places) to tell the stories of four incredible hops.

And of course, we bring in four breweries to help us, because the fate of hops and beers are intertwined.

OILY – AUSSIE – OUT OF THIS WORLD

Time Hops explores the world’s favourite hops and their impact on beer as we know it! We’ve created four unique hop-forward beers inspired by pivotal times & places where growers and brewers made the magic happen.

Australia’s Galaxy is one of the most enigmatic hops of the past twenty years, dripping with essential oils and delivering incredible flavour. We’re showing off its finest in this Aussie-inspired hazy IPA.

Siren Craft Brew was born in 2013 with a simple idea in mind: to introduce exciting, full-flavoured and forward-thinking beers to as many people as possible.

There are now six Sirens of Siren Craft Brew. These Sirens characterise our flagship beers. They’re adventurous but drinkable, designed to be accessible to those lured into craft beer, yet flavourful enough for those seasoned beer fans to return to time and time again.

In addition, we have a prolific brewing schedule, with over 100 releases planned in 2019 alone. We are lucky enough to have been named the ‘Best Brewer in England’ by Ratebeer users in 2015, and added to that with a Supreme Champion Beer of Britain award by CAMRA this year in 2018.

Whether you fancy a fruity, hoppy pale ale on a hot sunny day or an unctuous, satisfying stout at the end of an evening – we’ve got you covered.
