• Demijohn & Bored Bung / Secondary Fermenter (min 4.6 L)
• Mixing Spoon, Hydrometer, & Thermometer
• Syphon & Cleaner/Steriliser
• *800 g granulated sugar (sucrose) or 890 g brewing sugar (dextrose) for fermentation
• 6 x 750 ml wine bottles & corks / screw caps

* We recommend adding up to 270 g sugar to sweeten the wine at bottling.
