1. Clean and sanitise your equipment.
2. Combine the included ingredients.
3. Allow to ferment for a minimum of 5 days.
4. Clear the wine of any sediment.
5. Bottle your creation.
6. Indulge in your very own handcrafted wine!

This kit requires the addition of 600g of granulated sugar (sucrose) or 670g of brewing sugar (dextrose) for fermentation, resulting in a delightful wine with an estimated ABV of 10.5%.
