Make this kit in 6 easy steps!
1. Clean and sanitise your equipment.
2. Mix your ingredients together.
3. Ferment for at least 5 days.
4. Clear the sediment from your wine.
5. Bottle.
6. Enjoy!

– Carboy & Bored Bung / Secondary  Fermenter (minimum 6 gal / 23 L)

    This was my first white kit I’ve tried and without no doubt at all, was an easy step by step process and made within 14 days from fermentation to bottling.
    As I’ve said to many of my friends, this is a crisp dry wine and full of flavour that without doubt matches or even exceeds shop brought wine I have had in the past. Highly recommended, fully the instructions fully and you won’t be disappointed. So impressed I’ve just ordered a Rose and Cabernet Sauvignon
