It’s Gonna Taste Great! from Sureshot Brewing is a bold and indulgent 6.2% New England IPA, brewed with an extraordinary 400 kilos of overnight steeped oats to create a luxuriously smooth and creamy body.

This is a hazy IPA dialled all the way into softness and saturation—packed with juicy hop character from Nectaron, Motueka and Citra. Expect bright citrus, ripe stone fruit and zesty lime, all wrapped in a full, oat-driven mouthfeel that gives the beer its standout texture.

Flavour Profile

Taste: Stone fruit, orange citrus and fresh lime with soft tropical undertones.
Mouthfeel: Full-bodied, silky and creamy with a rich oat texture.
Finish: Smooth, juicy and gently balanced with low bitterness.

Aroma

Aromatic waves of orange zest, ripe peach and lime leap from the glass, with tropical fruit notes layered over a soft, creamy base.

Brewing Process & Uniqueness

What sets this beer apart is the use of 400 kilos of overnight steeped oats, creating an exceptionally smooth, almost “oat milk” body. This process enhances mouthfeel and gives the beer its signature silky texture.

The hop bill of Nectaron, Motueka and Citra delivers a vibrant combination of tropical fruit, citrus and stone fruit character. Careful dry hopping ensures maximum aroma and flavour, while the soft base keeps everything balanced and drinkable.

The result is a modern New England IPA that leans heavily into texture as much as flavour—rich, juicy and incredibly smooth.
