Now That’s What I Call Sureshot! Vol. 400 is a bold, hop-saturated 8% DDH DIPA, brewed to celebrate Sureshot Brewing’s 400th brew. Designed as a statement beer, it showcases everything the brewery does best—big flavour, modern hopping and unapologetic intensity.
Double dry hopped with a powerhouse blend of Citra, Nelson Sauvin, Galaxy and Motueka, this DIPA delivers a huge wave of juicy tropical character with depth, punch and balance. It’s rich, expressive and built to impress.
Flavour Profile
Taste: Tropical fruit cocktail, mango, passionfruit, white grape and citrus zest.
Mouthfeel: Full-bodied, soft and juicy.
Finish: Smooth, saturated and gently warming with lingering hop intensity.
Aroma
Explosive aromas of tropical fruit, gooseberry, citrus and ripe peach leap from the glass, driven by the heavy dry hopping.
Brewing Process & Uniqueness
Brewed as a Double Dry Hopped Double IPA, this beer pushes hop intensity to the forefront. The combination of Citra, Nelson Sauvin, Galaxy and Motueka creates a layered profile of tropical fruit, citrus and subtle dank complexity.
The double dry hopping amplifies aroma and flavour, delivering maximum hop saturation while maintaining a soft, drinkable body. At 8% ABV, it’s bold and indulgent, yet balanced enough to keep you coming back for more.

Founded in 2020 by James Campbell and Michael Forde, with the first beers released in 2022, Sureshot Brewing quickly became a standout on Manchester’s craft beer scene. James Campbell, one of the UK’s most influential brewers, helped set the creative direction before moving on, leaving behind a legacy of hop-forward brewing that continues to shape Sureshot’s identity.
Today, the brewery is best known for its hazy pales, juicy IPAs, and modern lagers—styles that showcase bold hop character, soft mouthfeel, and vibrant tropical and citrus notes. With a reputation for high-quality releases and striking can art, Sureshot has established itself as one of Manchester’s most exciting independent breweries, building on its founders’ vision while pushing forward with its own creative momentum.
