Essential if you want to (efficiently) make small batches with the Grainfather. Sometimes I fancy a change from my usual “staples” of IPA and Bitter, but I don’t want 40 pints of dark beer I know i’m not going to drink regularly and that’s where the micro pipework comes in to it’s own. Also, if I’m making a recipe of my own creation, I’m not daft enough to risk making 40 pints of it.
