Description
Our friends over at The Hop Addition Podcast recently did a trial of the amazing Pineapple Passion Yeast from WHC Lab! The four of them all brewed some different beers to see just how this amazing yeast strain performed – it’s the perfect choice for anyone looking to craft juicy tropical brews with a vibrant pineapple flavour and aroma. Suitable for not only New England IPAs and Pale Ales but also West Coast style IPAs and Pales.
This recipe is by Richard Williams of Dudes Brews YouTube Channel – a Juicy Hazy Pale Ale which featuring Citra, Bru-1 and El Dorado – as well as the amazing Pineapple Passion Yeast from WHC.
You can shop all the recipe kits from The Hop Addition guests and hosts here too, so you can brew up one of their refreshing treats!
